About Dr. Kwong

Dr. Cynthia Kwong has a wide range of diverse skills and experiences serving as a general surgeon in Plano, Texas. She specializes in a variety of surgeries and procedures including laparoscopic surgery, gallbladder surgery, hernia repair, lipoma and cyst excision, and trauma surgery.

Dr. Kwong obtained her medical degree at SUNY Downstate College of Medicine, and is board certified in General Surgery and Surgical Critical Care.
